Responsibilities: Skillfully presenting gourmet food and beverages to guests with courtesy and efficiency at our elegant dining venue in Waco, TX Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work environment, following all food safety guidelines diligently Accurately recording customer orders and handling transactions in accordance with company protocols Offering detailed information on menu items, daily specials, and addressing any questions regarding food preparation and services Extending a warm welcome to guests and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided throughout their dining experience Qualifications: Proficient in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experienceStrong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team membersCollaborative team player with a demonstrated ability to work well in a team settingKnowledgeable about and compliant with food safety regulations and procedures About Company
